During the colonization of Brazil, France’s eyes turned to the new country that was emerging and turned its attention to the beautiful and protected Guanabara Bay. From the first French invasion of Rio de Janeiro, emerged the Antarctic France. After this foreign occupation, the Portuguese finally founded the City of São Sebastião do Rio de Janeiro in order to guarantee the occupation of the new land.
This tour will take us to sail through the waters of Guanabara Bay and explore the historical sites that led to the birth of the now-known Marvelous City.
